Ken has over 40 years of executive and project management experience in multi-family construction with a highly respected Florida developer with emphasis on design, development, construction, and customer satisfaction.
During his career he has preformed and excelled in all Project Management and Executive functions from job start to close-out. Knowledge of all trades Division 1 – 16. He has experience in all operational areas, such as sales and marketing, pre-construction, estimating, value engineering, procurement, permitting, legal, and warranty service. Ken is skilled at negotiating, mediation, problem solving; is self-motivated + dedicated to excellence.

Tim is an accomplished supervisor, leader and proven project manager in construction. He has established success in leading multiple operations while ensuring the delivery of quality work, + maintaining fiscal responsibility. Tim has proven to strengthen teamwork + increase motivation while offering effective communication with technology, business partners + co-workers. A proud, decorated, Navy combat veteran.
